This is a Korean style 3 ingredients whipped coffee, which is super easy to make and absolutely delicious. My cousin has been making coffee this way since we were in middle school. I just didn’t know this had a name. The whipped coffee can also be used as a cookie or brownie dip, or a chocolate cake topping.
I dedicate this recipe to all the (bourgeois) Bengalis who normally spend all their time and money at coffee shops and their related paraphernalia. How are you managing with all the coffee shops closed? How do you do adda these days? Perhaps you all can facetime over this coffee? And perhaps you can send me photos of your addas once you have given this a try? Which, IMO, you must!
