Banana Walnut Bread
Quick and delicious banana nut bread that is done under 20 minutes and in one bowl.

- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3 finely crushed bananas
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped walnut
Preheat oven to 350.
Grease pan and line with parchment paper.
Sift together flour, soda, and salt. Keep aside.
Cream together butter and sugar.
Add eggs and crushed bananas, combine well.
Add vanilla.
Fold in flour mixture,
Add nuts and/or chocolate chips. Do not over mix.
Pour into greased 1 lb loaf pan.
bake for 55 mins.
