Indian Restaurant Style Green Chutney

- 1 bunch cilantro, washed
- 1 bunch mint, washed
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 green chili
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp fresh squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- salt to taste
- Roughly chop cilantro, mint, garlic and chilies and grind them into a smooth paste in a food processor. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- You can strain the chutney for the restaurant style smoothness.
